Individuals
I see individuals either in person or on zoom. In person sessions are at my practice in Totnes at Chapel House Studios. Sessions are £50 and last 50 mins. We usually meet weekly although twice weekly or fortnightly can sometimes be arranged.
I work with clients on an open-ended basis, meaning there's no commitment to any specific number of sessions, we decide what feels useful together as we go along. Some clients feel they have got what they need after a few sessions and some continue seeing me for several years.
Our work together will be tailored to your needs but broadly I will help you to -

provide a confidential environment where you can safely discuss anything you wish
find better ways to cope with feelings and fears
change the way you think and behave to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing
improve relationships in your life, including with yourself and your environment
make sense of any clinical diagnoses you have had by understanding what has happened to you
heal from trauma
learn to communicate better and tolerate differences in yourself and others
