How I work
I am a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as a trainee psychotherapist in clinical practice. My formal training is in relational Transactional Analysis (TA) which is a widely recognised school of psychotherapy that combines psychoanalytical, humanist and cognitive approaches. TA forms the basis of my work, but depending on the client's needs, I might draw on many other therapeutic approaches including Existentialism, Psychodrama, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry and Internal Family Systems.
I work relationally and at depth, which means that as well as listening carefully to what you’re saying, I will be paying attention to your unconscious processes; how you say things, what you don’t say and how we are relating to one another. These processes reveal deeply held patterns and beliefs that help us understand your inner and outer worlds and enable us to make sense of whatever difficulties you are experiencing. The more insights and awareness we can glean, the more autonomy, spontaneity and connection we can bring to our lives.
My job is to create a safe and welcoming, non-judgemental space where together we can explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing. The therapeutic journey is a creative and collaborative one in which I actively listen and offer ideas, perspectives and challenges with sensitivity and insight. What we talk about is entirely up to you. You might want to reflect on something that is going on in your life now, something that has happened in your past or something you’d like for your future.
All you need to do is show up, as you are. If you'd like to hear more then please get in touch.
The therapy space
Is psychotherapy for me?
I believe anyone can benefit from psychotherapy. Talking to a trained professional can help you make sense of your concerns, thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
As a trained psychotherapist I will support you to:
express your feelings and process them in a safe and supportive relationship
gain deeper insight into the issues you face
provide a confidential environment where you can safely discuss anything you wish
find better ways to cope with feelings and fears
change the way you think and behave to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing
improve relationships in your life, including with yourself and your environment
make sense of any clinical diagnoses you have had by understanding what has happened to you
heal from trauma
learn to communicate better and tolerate differences in yourself and others
I know from personal experience how helpful therapy can be and I also know what a big step it can feel like. If you're not sure or have further questions then please get in touch and we can talk it through together.
Client Testimonials
"When looking for a couples therapist, we clicked with Bundle very quickly and felt like she had an instant grasp of our situation. It feels difficult to seek this kind of support but we were made to feel at ease and realised the benefits within the first session. Whilst we went in with some understanding of our issue, Bundle really helped open that up in a safe place and we're happy to be leaving as a more secure and happy couple, with better communication skills. We cannot thank Bundle enough for her guidance and support and wouldn't hesitate to come back should the need arise; we love how Bundle normalises therapy (especially couples therapy) because it is such a valuable and healthy thing to do. Thank you again."

”When I first came to you I said I wanted to feel stronger and I can honestly say I do.
Thank you for seeing me…believing in me, listening to me, giving me space and time to help figure things out. I could not of wished for a better therapist. When I first met you the relief I felt, it was huge. I felt safe, I felt heard and for the first time in my life I was not conscious of the space or time I was taking up. You were always there for me with such genuine care and compassion…and I always felt this.”
