About me

People fascinate me – why we are the way we are; why we connect with some people and not with others; how our past informs our present; how our inner experience shapes our outer world. For me, psychotherapy is a place where we can explore these things and start to make sense of our lives. It is a place where we can gain insight, discover more of ourselves, challenge core beliefs, process our losses, build self-awareness and find better ways of being.

I am passionate about what I do and know what a privilege it is to sit with people at their most vulnerable. My commitment to every client is to provide a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental space and to offer my full attention, compassion and curiosity.

Before training as a psychotherapist I worked as a milliner, a matchmaker and a social entrepreneur. I’ve lived in New York, London, South Africa and Uganda and am now settled in south Devon with my husband and children.
