£135 per session (80 mins)
Group therapy
£35 per session (2 hrs)
Sessions are usually weekly although more or less frequent sessions can be agreed
I offer a limited number of concessionary spaces for people who are on lower incomes, receiving benefits, or experiencing financial hardship. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality and safety are crucial in therapy. I uphold these principles in accordance with the BACP and UKCP codes of ethics, maintaining complete confidentiality with the following exceptions: I am required to discuss my work (using the client's first name only) with a qualified supervising psychotherapist, which is also a confidential relationship; and where there is a risk of harm to self or others.
